Geonyeong (@ellafantasia), a BA Print student at Central Saint Martins (CSM), continues to translate kitsch moments from everyday life into a distinctive fashion language. Her work—expressed through diverse concepts such as ninjas—transcends simple garment design, expanding childhood experiences, playfulness, and creative freedom into a broader fashion vocabulary that is garnering attention.
Geonyeong's design philosophy centers on "clothes that function freely" rather than "well-made clothes." She proposes garments not as finished artworks in themselves, but as canvases completed through interaction with the wearer.
