The Seoul Business Agency (SBA) successfully hosted the 2025 RTS Runway, the main program of Runway to Seoul (RTS), a platform dedicated to nurturing small and medium-sized fashion brands. The event showcased an advanced three-stage model comprising incubating, exhibition, and runway, aiming to provide emerging designers with substantial growth opportunities.
Held at the DDP Showroom, this program went beyond a conventional fashion show by offering a systematic support system from brand incubation through exhibition to the runway. The permanent exhibition continues through January 23, 2026, at Design Lab 1F, giving visitors ample time to appreciate the works of emerging brands.
A highlight of the event was the after-party featuring a dynamic performance by dance crew HOLYBANG. With spectacular lighting and high-energy choreography, the performance demonstrated Runway to Seoul's evolution from a mere fashion platform into a comprehensive cultural event that bridges fashion and performing arts.
This program is establishing a crucial launchpad for Korean small and medium-sized fashion brands to enter the global market, and is being recognized as a meaningful investment in the future of K-fashion. The three-stage incubation model represents a new standard for how institutional support can effectively nurture emerging creative talent.
