From January 16 to 29, JENNIE will present her first solo photo exhibition, J2NNI5, at Youthquake in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Moving beyond her identity as a performer on stage, the exhibition captures her personal gaze and sensibilities through photography, revealing another facet of the artist with a quiet yet unmistakable presence. The title 'J2NNI5' deconstructs and reconfigures her name, hinting at the personal interpretation and visual experimentation that runs throughout the show.
Curated in collaboration with ODD ATELIER (@oddatelier), the exhibition centers on black-and-white imagery that delicately captures the texture of fabric, layers of light, and the surfaces of anonymous bodies. Youthquake, an independent cultural space located on Hyoja-ro, has garnered attention as an experimental venue where contemporary visual art and fashion intersect.
Entry is available by advance reservation only, opening on Melon Ticket at 8:00 PM on January 9. Tickets are priced at 10,000 KRW, with all proceeds set to be donated in full. This move reflects JENNIE's intention to connect her public influence as an artist with social contribution.
