JENNIE released her new EP 'Fallen Angel' today. The three-track project—'FALLEN ANGEL,' 'HEAVEN,' and 'Less than a Lover'—marks a bolder, more candid chapter following 'Ruby.' Both 'FALLEN ANGEL' and 'HEAVEN' were previewed at festival stages and already sparked conversation before the official drop.
The EP unfolds JENNIE's personal heaven and hell through sound and vision. The 'FALLEN ANGEL' music video opens with JENNIE lying in a red dress against an opulent set, then moves through pink tulle, armor-like black costumes, and a sinking-in-water sequence that visualizes the fallen-angel narrative. The video premiered on JENNIE's YouTube channel.
All three tracks trace JENNIE's emotional honesty. 'FALLEN ANGEL' explores the image of a descending angel, 'HEAVEN' flips the perspective, and 'Less than a Lover' sings about a relationship that never quite crossed the line. Together they form a single arc, a story only JENNIE could tell.
JENNIE debuted 'FALLEN ANGEL' and 'HEAVEN' live at festivals before this release. Crowd response was immediate, and social media lit up even before the studio versions arrived. The EP now delivers on that anticipation while pushing JENNIE's musical range one step further.
