Restoring old bags to mint condition was never the plan. Instead, buckles, straps, and zipper pockets are left intact. The bags' past life as Coach pieces is never hidden, only recontextualized. Signature patterns become upholstery textures, leather handles morph into armrest finishes.
The miniature sofas can still be worn over your shoulder. Single-seaters, armless benches—each retains its strap. You can't sit on them, but you can carry them. Function takes a backseat to material history and formal transformation.
