An old laundromat in LA's Koreatown transforms into a club after dark. Goyo Club is an LA-based platform that converts the city's most mundane spaces into cultural stages. In rooms scented with fabric softener instead of cigarette smoke, DJs spin on turntables, and familiar everyday scenery fractures under the weight of sound.
Their signature series, Electric Cleaners, archives DJ mixes and live performances filmed inside laundromats. Local artists play music between washers and dryers, while audiences surrender to the beat as if waiting for laundry. It's the moment when the most ordinary place holds the most extraordinary experience.
Goyo Club functions as more than event curation—it's a cultural archive. Through their official YouTube and Instagram, they document every performance and session, preserving a vivid record of LA's underground scene. By excavating the city's hidden corners and assigning them new context, they redefine what spaces can become.
