Undefined Tenderness

Are they friends, or lovers? The story questions why tenderness between men is so often expected to have an explanation. Resting in quietness, sharing space, revealing and touching skin, and adorning garments traditionally coded as feminine become gestures that challenge the viewer more than the subjects themselves. The series leave room for multiple readings: friendship, companionship, or simply two people existing beyond the confines of inherited expectations around masculinity and intimacy.
