The bottom lays out white sand in sand-colored Lego, holding palm trees, a parasol, and the rest of the shoreline. The moment Lego settles along the curves of the body, it becomes skin. Its blocky edges show all the more once they are on.
Sunny also built lipstick and an eyeshadow palette out of Lego. She assembled a lipstick case from beige and black bricks, and topped the stick with a red brick. The cap twists open like a real lipstick. The eyeshadow palette uses pink and white bricks to form a hinged case. Even the texture of the packaging is rendered in Lego's signature studs.
The Lego makeup on the face looks like the real thing. She sticks bricks to her skin with the same motion as applying foundation. Pink bricks land where blush would go. By following the sequence and gestures of makeup, she completes the illusion that Lego is a cosmetic. Hard plastic pieces melt into color on soft skin.
