Galerie Noir, SONGZIO's art and fashion space, has unveiled , Kim Byungsub's first solo exhibition in Korea, opening December 19. The artist, who has primarily built his practice overseas and gained recognition within the international art scene, has developed a distinct sculptural language by reassembling objects that carry traces of time and discarded functionality.
The exhibition showcases Kim's body of work, formed through the fusion of materials and elements discovered along the edges of the city, expanding into a unique design language. His works encounter a new density within the spatial context of Galerie Noir, offering a fresh visual experience within SONGZIO's world where fashion and art intersect.
Located in Apgujeong, Galerie Noir is a multidisciplinary cultural space operated by SONGZIO, exploring the intersection between contemporary art and fashion beyond traditional brand boundaries. The exhibition, which quietly yet powerfully presents a sense of transformation and regeneration in the heart of the city at year's end, will run through February 22, 2026.
