'Resident Playbook' has been postponed amid Korea's medical crisis.
The TvN drama 'Resident Playbook', led by actor Go Youn-jung, has had its broadcast pushed back.
The timing collided with the mass resignations of doctors protesting the government's plan to expand medical school admissions.
When a 15-second teaser dropped on the 8th of last month, it drew critical comments over the trainee doctors' walkout, with many arguing the drama risked romanticizing the profession.
TvN has moved the series, originally slated for the first half of the year, to the second half, and says a new air date has yet to be decided.
'Resident Playbook' is a spin-off of the 'Hospital Playlist' series and shares the same universe as its predecessors.
