일상 사물에서 느끼는 익숙한 낯섦을 탐구하는 에디토리얼 REALITIES는 평범한 물건들이 품고 있는 숨겨진 서사를 시각적으로 드러낸다. 첫 장면에서는 청록빛 레이스 팬티가 차가운 회색 배경 위에 놓여 있는데, 섬세한 메쉬 디테일과 새틴 리본이 일상의 친밀함과 낯선 거리감을 동시에 만들어낸다. 아티스트 우라라 츠치야가 손으로 그린 세라믹 조각들을 주제로 다루는 두 번째 이미지는 구겨진 베이지 재킷과 가위, 금속 도구들이 어지럽게 펼쳐진 작업실 풍경을 담고 있다. 노골적인 모티프를 일상적 오브제로 전환시키는 작가의 작업 방식처럼, 이 화보는 친숙한 표면 아래 감춰진 기이한 욕망과 현실을 정면으로 마주하게 만든다. 차분한 조명 아래 펼쳐진 오브제들은 관찰자의 시선을 붙잡으며 무심코 지나치던 것들의 이중성을 환기시킨다.

Editorial REALITIES explores the strange familiarity lurking within everyday objects, revealing the hidden narratives embedded in the mundane. The opening image presents a teal lace panty set against a cool grey backdrop, its delicate mesh detail and satin bow simultaneously evoking intimate domesticity and uncanny distance. The second frame shifts to a workshop tableau featuring a rumpled beige jacket surrounded by scissors and metal tools, echoing artist Urara Tsuchiya's practice of hand-painted ceramic sculptures that twist explicit motifs into familiar forms. Just as the artist subtly inverts the ordinary to expose concealed desire, this editorial confronts the duality beneath the surface of recognizable objects. Under flat, documentary-style lighting, each element is given equal weight — the frayed edge of lace, the worn fabric, the scattered instruments — compelling the viewer to reconsider what comfort and discomfort mean when the familiar turns strange.
