Select the categories that apply to your editorial (multiple allowed).
Enter each team member's name, Instagram, and website. Instagram handles are used for social media credits. Brands and designers of clothing, accessories and jewelry go in the look credits, not here.
Enter the model's name and Instagram, and the agency's name and Instagram separately.
PAP's Instagram post for your editorial can tag collaborators. Only PAP Premium members can be selected. Enter the Instagram handle of each Premium member you want tagged (up to 4). If you do not select anyone, collaborators may be assigned at random or not set at all. Collaborator tagging applies only while that member's Premium membership stays active; it ends automatically when the membership lapses.
Your submission needs at least 6 images in total (looks + additional). Upload images for each look and enter brand/accessory credits. Each look needs at least one image; fewer than 3 looks, or fewer than 3 different clothing brands, is accepted as a paid submission (€380) — you can still submit and PAP will follow up. Drag thumbnails to reorder. You can also add additional images below.
- Article 1 (Exclusive Publication of Work)
① The editorial submitted through this submission process (hereinafter "Work") will be published exclusively in PAP Magazine (hereinafter "PAP"). Submitters may not publish or distribute the same work on other magazines, online media, publications, or equivalent platforms.
② If it is confirmed that the work has been published on other media in violation of this provision, PAP may immediately delete the work and impose sanctions on the submitter, including restrictions on future submissions and legal action.
③ The exclusive publication period applies indefinitely from the date the work is posted on the PAP website.
The submitted editorial is exclusive to PAP Magazine. The submitter may not publish, distribute, or display the same work in any other magazine, online media, publication, or comparable platform. The exclusivity period applies indefinitely from the date of publication on PAP's website. - Article 2 (Website, Social Media, Print and Exhibition Use Consent)
① The submitted work will be published on PAP's official website (pap-magazine.com) and may be used for promotional and introductory purposes through PAP's official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) before and after publication.
② PAP may perform reasonable edits within appropriate scope, such as cropping, resizing, and applying filters to images for promotional purposes. However, changes that compromise the essential content of the work will not be made.
③ Proper credit will be given to the submitter and team members on all social media posts.
④ Submitted Works may be published in a future PAP print magazine and used in offline exhibitions, events and similar presentations organised by or involving PAP.

All social media posts will include proper credits for the submitter and team members. - Article 3 (Accuracy and Correction of Credit Information)
① The submitter warrants that all credit information (team member names, Instagram handles, brand names, look-by-look outfit credits, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
② After submission, credits can be corrected only by Premium members, directly from My Page (up to 3 times per editorial), free of charge. Non-Premium members cannot correct credits after submission.

④ Do not use all capitals (ALL CAPS) when writing credits.
The submitter guarantees that all credit information is accurate and up-to-date. After submission, only Premium members can correct credits themselves from My Page (up to 3 times per editorial), free of charge; non-Premium members cannot correct credits after submission. Information not entered in the submission form may be omitted, and PAP assumes no responsibility for such omissions. Do not use ALL CAPS in credits. - Article 4 (Content Usage Rights and Revenue Sharing)
① If the submitted work is published in PAP's digital magazine (website, app, etc.) or print materials (paper magazine, printed publications, etc.), all revenue generated (subscription fees, sales revenue, advertising revenue, etc.) belongs entirely to PAP. Submitters and creative teams cannot claim additional compensation for revenue generated by magazine publications.
② If the work is used in secondary processing or derivative commercial activities (advertising campaigns, brand collaborations, licensing, exhibitions, merchandise, etc.) outside the scope of magazine publication and revenue is generated, the net profit from such activities (total revenue minus direct costs) will be shared at a 50:50 ratio between PAP and the creative team.
③ Revenue distributed to the creative team will be paid in full to the submitter or team representative. The manner, ratio, and timing of how the team representative distributes the revenue to team members are entirely at the team representative's discretion, and PAP will not be involved in the internal revenue distribution process among team members and assumes no responsibility for it.
④ If commercial use through secondary processing occurs, PAP will notify the submitter in writing (including email) in advance.
Article 4 (Content Usage Rights and Revenue Sharing)
① All revenue generated from publication of submitted works in PAP's digital magazine (website, app, etc.) or print publications (print magazine, printed publications, etc.), including subscription fees, sales revenue, and advertising revenue, shall belong entirely to PAP. The submitter and creative team may not claim separate compensation for revenue arising from magazine publication.
② If the work is used for secondary processing or derivative commercial activities beyond magazine publication (digital and print), such as advertising campaigns, brand collaborations, licensing, exhibitions, or merchandising, the net profit (gross revenue minus direct costs) from such activities shall be split 50:50 between PAP and the creative team.
③ The creative team's share of revenue shall be paid in a lump sum to the submitter or team representative. The manner, ratio, and timing in which the team representative distributes such revenue among team members is entirely at the team representative's discretion. PAP shall have no involvement whatsoever in the internal revenue distribution process within the team and assumes no liability in this regard.
④ PAP will provide prior written notice (including email) to the submitter before any secondary commercial use occurs. - Article 5 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
① The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the original author. However, the submitter grants PAP exclusive usage rights within the scope specified in these terms.
② The submitter warrants that they have legitimate rights to all submitted content (photos, videos, text, etc.) and that such content does not infringe third-party copyrights, right of publicity, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, or personal rights.
③ If PAP incurs damages due to infringement of third-party rights, the submitter assumes all responsibility for this.
