In the amber-lit library of late '70s Europe, striped knit vests and ivory tailoring conspire in unholy elegance. Two figures recline on burnished leather, their gazes locked in a still life of forbidden intellect and quiet provocation — the razor precision of suiting softened by turtlenecks and graphic texture. This is coolness unmoored from time: the portrait of revolutionaries who shared a cigarette the night before everything changed.
