OCORPUS — Cover

OCORPUS

Crumpled fabric envelops the body, erasing human contours and birthing a new form of organism. Layers of pale blue-grey pleated texture wrap the figure like an enormous cocoon, from which only a tilted head emerges as the sole trace of humanity. The cool, neutral studio light renders every fold and ridge with sculptural clarity, freezing the moment into something monumental and still. In the following frame, a mass of deep navy pleats collapses onto a crimson floor, the saturated red backdrop generating a visceral chromatic tension. This editorial explores the point at which clothing ceases to reveal the body and instead transforms it into something entirely other. Shot by Dmitry Eliseev with styling by Karina Tretyakova and Bona Chan, the images pursue an avant-garde interrogation of silhouette, materiality, and corporeal presence.
