An awakening on the edge of the metropolitan island. Against the stark, looming silhouette of Manhattan's artificial coastline, our subject is caught between the friction of the metropolitan landscape and the sandy shores. Photographed using a hyper-sharp interplay of cutting strobe and natural morning light, the story is a visual expression of modern urban existence that reflects the emotional dissonance of contemporary urban life.
