Chinese designer brand Mithridate has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2025 collection '融 (Fusion)', dissolving the boundary between Yunnan's ethnic heritage and contemporary design. Under the visionary eye of Creative Director Demon Zhang, centuries-old symbols and traditional techniques are reborn in bold, modern forms that bridge past and present.
The collection brings authenticity through handcrafted velvet, loop-knit textures, intricate embroidery, and traditional Miao silver detailing. Vibrant hues inspired by ethnic costumes inject bold energy, while signature prints—such as the mystical 瓦猫 (tile cat)—celebrate Yunnan's rich spiritual history.
