BTS has officially released the Korean version of 'NORMAL', a track that first electrified audiences during their world tour. Featured on the group's fifth full-length album [ARIRANG], the song previously ignited explosive reactions at live shows. Now, it transcends the concert halls to claim its place on playlists worldwide.
The release debuted exclusively via Spotify Premiere, offering fans early access to the music video. While Spotify holds the initial premiere, YouTube and other global platforms will follow on the 19th. This strategic rollout reflects both BTS's global reach and the evolving landscape of digital music consumption, where streaming partnerships shape how music is experienced.
Unveiling a song live before its official studio release creates a unique bond between artist and audience. 'NORMAL' captures the raw energy of those tour moments while deepening BTS's narrative and musical identity through the nuance of the Korean language. As the album title [ARIRANG] suggests—referencing Korea's iconic folk song—the group continues weaving traditional resonance into contemporary sound, a thread that runs through this latest offering.
