Film sprocket holes and warm grain mark the analogue process, while a cream-coloured bloom held in one hand introduces a whisper of romantic detail without sentimentality. In subsequent frames, the setting shifts to a distressed interior where weathered plaster walls meet an olive velvet sofa and ornate golden rugs, staging a clash of eras.
