Set along a spiral staircase, this editorial reimagines the threshold between communication and misreading as a surrealist stage. Bathed in amber and gold light, one figure wears a mustard double-breasted jacket with a geometric blue necktie, white shorts, and lace gloves that speak to a genderless elegance. Behind them, another figure crowned with an orange curly headpiece brings punk theatricality through metallic accessories and black leather boots, while pastel blue, pink, and yellow balloons drift between the two presences. The fisheye lens warps the frame into a circular field where every element is positioned just off-centre, and lens flares materialize the moment a message fails to arrive. Aged wallpaper and Art Nouveau railings blur the temporal setting, embedding the editorial proposition that the nature of communication is always a matter of slippage.
