STUCK

By PAP Magazine Editorial

Three figures hold a state of suspension, their gazes calm and unmoving against shifting backdrops of absolute colour. In the first frame, a pale blue studio envelops them as they wear cream-white oversized turtlenecks, a long quilted coat, and wide-leg trousers, standing in arrested poses around an office chair. One figure slumps in the seat, arms draped loosely, while the others flank in silent symmetry, their expressions neutral and distant. The scene then pivots to a saturated red environment where the same trio reappears dressed entirely in scarlet—ribbed knits, pleated dresses, and oversized shirting—each holding a transparent acrylic block like a talisman of stasis. The palette shifts dramatically, yet the mood of quiet tension and stillness persists, rendering each composition as a tableau of frozen emotion, caught between movement and paralysis.
