깊고 푸른. 육지가 거부한 확신을 범인(凡人)이 찾는, 액체 같은 림보. 거품 사이에서 바다 생물들이 출현한다. 해수에 젖은 채 그들은 악몽처럼 보이지만, 사실 인간 꿈의 수호천사다. 그들의 외계적 형태는 순수한 야망을 감싸 안으며, 지상의 부정적 에너지를 밀어낸다. 인간의 논리로부터 자유로운 그들은 사랑과 호기심으로 이루어져 있다. 인간은 인정을 구하려 손을 뻗지만 환상은 산산이 부서진다— 만질 수 없는 것을 소유할 순 없으니까. 바다를 건드리지 않는 게 상책이다.
