진실은 하나가 아니라는 라쇼몽의 명제를 침실 안 붉은 조명과 거대한 맥주 잔으로 번역한 에디토리얼인데, 진지함과 유머가 충돌하며 기묘한 긴장을 만들어낸다. 첫 장면은 고전적인 침대 헤드보드 앞에서 펼쳐지는데, 한쪽은 붉은 PVC 재킷을 입고 빨간 페인트가 얼굴을 가로지르며, 다른 한쪽은 상체를 드러낸 채 레이스 스타킹과 체인 장신구를 걸쳤다. 배경 전체를 붉은 비네팅이 감싸고 흰 베개와 짙은 회색 패브릭이 대비를 이루며, 두 인물 사이의 거리감은 친밀함보다 연극적 구도에 가깝다. 다음 장면에서는 거대한 맥주 잔 조형물이 인물의 몸 전체를 덮고 핑크 힐만 바닥에 노출된 채로, 오래된 건물 복도를 가로지르는데 노란 조명이 타일 바닥을 비추며 초현실적 분위기를 강화한다. 진지한 패션 내러티브와 키치한 오브제가 공존하는 이 시퀀스는 관점에 따라 전혀 다른 이야기로 읽히는 시각적 라쇼몽 그 자체다.

This editorial translates the Rashomon principle—that truth is never singular—into a bedroom lit red and a giant inflatable beer mug, where sincerity and humor collide to create uncanny tension. The opening scene unfolds before a classical tufted headboard: one figure wears a high-gloss red PVC jacket and a slash of red paint across the face, while the other exposes the torso in lace stockings and layered chain jewelry. A red vignette saturates the frame, white pillows and charcoal-grey damask upholstery provide contrast, and the spatial distance between the two reads more as theatrical blocking than intimacy. In the next frame, a monumental beer-mug costume engulfs the body entirely—only pink platform heels visible beneath—as the figure strides through a heritage-building corridor, where amber sconces and geometric floor tiles amplify the surreal disconnect. By letting earnest fashion narrative coexist with kitsch prop comedy, the sequence becomes a visual Rashomon itself: the story you see depends entirely on where you choose to look.
