GOLDEN BOY

By PAP Magazine Editorial

On an ordinary ping-pong table in the middle of the city, metallic gold textures catch the daylight with a quiet intensity. The sleeveless shirt and wide-leg trousers showcase a soft ribbed finish and lustrous sheen that channel seventies glam-rock energy, their reflective surfaces palpable even within black-and-white frames. When colour enters, the golden metallic fabric reveals its full drama — a raw, mineral-like texture that clashes deliberately with the urban backdrop of blooming white hydrangeas and weathered apartment balconies, creating a tension between opulence and everyday life. Glossy leather loafers ground the look with classic polish, while natural light carves out sharp shadows on rough stone paving, turning the setting itself into part of the styling. This editorial captures the moment a golden boy descends into vernacular space, dissolving the border between glam spectacle and the unremarkable corners of the city.
