In this photography series, image-maker Vitaboy explores psychedelic visuals with the help of 3D-artist Nik Gundersen and stylist Maria Fuhre.

Vitaboy has been exploring with psychedelics as a way to deal with mental trauma over the past few years and has been extremely fascinated by the healing effects it had on him. The psychedelics has also affected the way he sees the world and the inspiration it has given him in his image-making process. He wanted to explore how his lucid dreams could be visualised and translated through photography. After discussions with Nik Gundersen and Maria Fuhre, the creative process led to a series of fashion photographs inspired by lucid dreams and psychedelics. Vitaboy's bright and quirky photography style was mixed with strong styling by Maria Fuhre – who blended Norwegian up-and-coming fashion designers with well known fashion brands. In the post-production process, 3D-artist Nik Gundersen crafted some custom computer- generated imagery for each of the photos based on Vitaboy's descriptions of his lucid dreams and visions. The collaboration resulted in a very interesting take on fashion images.
