주식회사 알타카파가 운영하는 PAP Magazine(이하 "회사")은 이용자의 개인정보 자기결정권을 존중하며, 회원 탈퇴 및 개인정보 삭제 요청을 언제든지 처리해드립니다. 소셜 로그인(Google, Facebook, Kakao) 연동을 통해 가입한 계정에 대해서도 동일하게 적용됩니다.
PAP Magazine, operated by ALTAKAPPA Co., Ltd., respects your right to delete your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, including data obtained through Google, Facebook, or Kakao social login.
1. 삭제 요청 방법 / How to Request Deletion
아래 이메일로 "계정 삭제 요청"이라는 제목과 함께 다음 정보를 보내주세요:
- 가입하신 이메일 주소 또는 소셜 로그인 계정
- 가입 시 사용한 이름(닉네임)
- 삭제를 요청하는 사유 (선택 사항)

Send an email to
contact@pap-magazine.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include (1) the email or social account used for signup, (2) the name/nickname used, and (3) optionally the reason for deletion.
2. 회원 페이지에서 직접 탈퇴 / Self-Service Withdrawal
이미 로그인이 가능하신 경우, 마이페이지의 "회원 탈퇴" 메뉴를 통해 직접 탈퇴하실 수도 있습니다.
유료 구독 중이신 경우, 탈퇴를 신청하시면 다음 결제부터 자동결제가 중단되고 이미 결제하신 이용 기간이 끝나는 날 계정과 개인정보가 삭제됩니다. 그때까지는 서비스를 그대로 이용하실 수 있으며, 이미 결제하신 금액은 환불되지 않습니다. 남은 기간을 포기하고 즉시 삭제를 원하시는 경우, 탈퇴 절차 중 안내되는 "지금 즉시 삭제" 를 선택하시거나 아래 이메일로 요청하시면 즉시 처리해 드립니다. 유료 구독이 없는 계정은 탈퇴 시 곧바로 삭제됩니다.
If you can still sign in, you may also initiate deletion directly via the "Withdraw Membership" option under
My Page. If you have a paid subscription, billing stops from the next cycle and your account and personal data are deleted on the day your already-paid period ends — you keep full access until then, and payments already made are not refunded. If you want your data erased right away, choose "Delete now" during the withdrawal flow (giving up the remaining time) or email us at the address below. Accounts without a paid subscription are deleted immediately.
3. 삭제되는 데이터 범위 / Scope of Deletion
- 이메일 주소, 이름(닉네임), 프로필 사진
- 소셜 로그인 연동 토큰 및 식별자 (Google / Facebook / Kakao)
- 작성하신 커뮤니티 게시글 및 댓글 (익명화 또는 삭제 선택 가능)
- 구독 이력 및 결제 정보 (일부 법정 보관 의무가 적용되는 기록은 아래 제4항 참조)
- 작품 제출(Submission) 이력 및 포트폴리오 링크
- 서비스 접속 로그 및 쿠키 데이터
We delete your email, name/nickname, profile image, social login tokens/identifiers, community posts and comments (anonymized or removed as you prefer), subscription history, submission records, and service access logs. Certain records may be retained where required by law — see section 4 below.
4. 법정 보관 의무 / Legally Required Retention
대한민국 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「통신비밀보호법」 등에 따라 일부 기록은 탈퇴 후에도 일정 기간 보관됩니다. 단, 이 기록은 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 없도록 처리되거나, 법정 기간 경과 시 즉시 파기됩니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 대금결제 및 재화 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 웹사이트 방문 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
Under Korean law (e-Commerce Consumer Protection Act and Communication Privacy Protection Act), certain transaction and log records must be retained for 3 months to 5 years even after account deletion. These records are pseudonymized and cannot identify you personally.
5. 처리 기간 / Processing Time
이메일 요청 시 영업일 기준 3~7일 이내에 본인 확인 후 삭제 처리가 완료됩니다. 처리 완료 후 확인 이메일을 발송해드립니다.
Email requests are processed within 3–7 business days after identity verification. A confirmation email is sent upon completion.
6. 소셜 로그인 연동 해제 / Disconnecting Social Login
PAP Magazine 계정을 삭제하면 당사가 보관하던 소셜 로그인 토큰 및 프로필 정보는 모두 삭제됩니다. 단, Google / Meta(Facebook) / Kakao가 자체적으로 보관하는 이용자의 원본 계정 데이터는 각 플랫폼의 정책을 따릅니다.
- Facebook 앱 연동 해제: Facebook → 설정 → 비즈니스 통합 → "PAP Magazine" → 제거
- Google 앱 연동 해제: Google 계정 권한 페이지에서 "PAP Magazine" 제거
- Kakao 앱 연동 해제: Kakao 연결된 서비스 관리에서 "PAP Magazine" 제거
Deleting your PAP Magazine account removes all social login tokens and profile data we store. To additionally revoke our access from Google / Facebook / Kakao themselves, use the platform-specific links above.
